Research collaborations with West of Scotland NHS Innovations Hub; University of Glasgow Medical School; and Microsoft Research, USA. These centre around digital innovations including use of Augmented Reality in Patient Information Leaflets to overcome the literacy gap, and co-development with Microsoft of a novel form of 3D Telemedicine. Has led Digital Health research from inception, patient participatory development, pilot trials through to Randomised Controlled Trials.
